Acne, if Only It Would Go Away

Acne is one of the small irritants of life and a major cause of loss of self esteem and self-esteem of our youth. That occur at any age, but usually in the teenage years of your acne is a condition of the skin of the frustration you may have.

As a teenager I personally fought and lost acne. I did not know what caused it and they were all too many myths about candy and chocolate, too much stress, preservatives in food, sweat, exercise, etc. There are probably hundreds of incorrect statements about the causes of acne and many other remedies landlords who do not help cure acne.

Acne is caused by excess oils that clog skin pores and eventually will lead to an infection, which produces grain with redness and swelling. A black point is simply a pore that has been partially plug by oil or dead skin, but still open and not have an infection.

The key to controlling acne is your ability to control body oils you have on your face, neck and shoulders. As a teenager, your hormones are the cause of some of the excess fat in your hair. Therefore it is important to keep your hair clean to help reduce the amount of oil that exist in the face and shoulders.

As a teenager, I had very oily hair and had acne on my shoulders, I had sought help doctors and tried many things, but what finally got under control of a shorter haircut and wash my hair at least once a day, plus keep my face clean by washing with water and mild soap.

If you have acne you should not try to pick and pop your pimples. It can be very hard not to pick at your acne, but what is really doing when you pop a pimple is to transmit the infection to other pores on your skin. You may have noticed that if you do pick at the acne tends to spread, this is caused by the spread of infection (white pus like substance) to other pores that can only be partially obstructed, but now have additional material to clog infectious pore completely.

Note acne can also be caused by some medications so if you are taking the necessary precautions to control their body oils and still did not work, you may be taking a drug that is the main cause. Be sure to consult your family doctor who can determine the side effects of medication and adjust if necessary.
